Love Conquers All

Kelly Lang grew up around some of the biggest names in country music. Her father, Velton Lang served as Conway Twitty’s road manger for more than 25 years. From those beginnings, she began her pursuit of a career as a country music singer and songwriter.

However after a series of tragic events that included the early untimely death of her father, she was left feeling like all her dreams were slipping through her fingers. She found strength and encouragement through the rekindling of an old friendship with country music star TG Sheppard.

Then, as it was before, just as her joy from their relationship began to grow, misfortune struck again. Kelly was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer.Fearing the emotional and physical roller coaster would leave his life and career in shambles, she begged him to leave her and go the way that many other men in country music have been known to go. But TG refused to leave Kelly’s side and together they overcame overwhelming odds to defeat the disease.

Now it’s Kelly’s turn to publically say thanks to the man that held her and her family together during those trying times. Watch as she shows her appreciation to her encourager and now, husband.
